RESIDENTIAL

Fees range from £750.00 to £2,500.00 plus VAT per property, depending on the value of the property and whether it is freehold or leasehold.

WILLS & TRUSTS

For one straightforward Will the cost is £175.00 plus VAT, and £350.00 plus VAT for married couples (mirror Wills).  

For a complex Will the fees range from £300.00 plus VAT (for one person) to £500.00 plus VAT (for couples).  Please contact us for further information.

Our fees for a straightforward Trust Deed start at £250.00 plus VAT.

DEALING WITH A DECEASED PERSON’S ESTATE

Each estate has its own individual features, but as a guide our fees for assisting you are:-

Obtaining the Grant (the legal document to enable you to administer the deceased’s estate).

Our fees range from £950.00 to £2000.00 plus VAT depending on the size and nature of the assets in the estate, whether it is taxable for inheritance purposes and what you would like us to do. There will also be disbursements to pay including fees payable to third parties such as the Probate Registry.

FULL ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTATE

Our fees range from 1.5% to 2.5% plus VAT of the gross value of the estate; this depends on the nature and complexity of the estate, including number of assets, types of assets and where they are situated.

This is based on combining the hourly rate of the person handling your matter with a percentage of the value of the estate.

The above are estimates and we will discuss with you the costs of the estate at the outset and will keep you apprised of costs as we go along on a regular basis.
